Job summary

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Labor or comparable experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and planning/organizational skills.
  • Skilled in conflict resolution and protecting sensitive information.

Responsibilities

  • Support administration of collective bargaining agreements.
  • Partner with leadership to align labor strategy with corporate goals.
  • Support grievance administration, EEOC trends, associate surveys, and Ethics Point inquiries.
  • Travel up to 50% to support business units.
