Job summary

The State of Minnesota’s Transportation Dept seeks a Division Business Manager to provide executive leadership across MnDOT’s planning, financial management, and organizational development. Qualifications

• Three years of managerial experience OR four years of professional supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to lead strategic planning for financial, policy and legislative initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership to guide MnDOT’s strategic direction and oversee agency-wide planning, organizational development and management of programs and services.
• Integrate administrative, human resources, financial, and information resources to support the transportation system.
• Set and manage agency policies and strategies and represent leadership teams to ensure consistent business practices.
