Job summary

Idaho National Laboratory seeks a Division Director to lead the Transportation and Fleet Management Services Division, overseeing multiple locations from the Central Facilities Area on a 4x10 schedule. Occasional off-shift hours may be required.

You will manage a diverse team through several levels, set budgets and objectives, and drive long-term strategic goals while coordinating with senior leadership and customers to ensure high-impact outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 15 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 9 years of relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of management experience, including organizational change and team development.
• U.S. citizenship and DOE L clearance are required.

Responsibilities

• Directs activities through multiple levels of managers across disciplines.
• Oversees division budget, schedules, and performance standards.
• Develops long-term goals and operational objectives for the division.
• Ensures policies and procedures are executed across locations and departments.
• Engages with senior management and customers to determine department outcomes.
