Qualifications

• Board-certified general surgeon with leadership experience.
• Track record in clinical research or education programs is desirable.
• Experience in multidisciplinary cancer care and hospital partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Division of General Surgery in line with Vision 2030 goals.
• Drive research and education initiatives through partnerships with Drexel University and The Cleveland Clinic.
• Foster multidisciplinary collaboration to improve patient outcomes and surgical volume.
