Job summary

UMass Memorial Health in central Massachusetts invites applications for Division Chief of Neurointerventional Radiology. The role leads joint clinical services, guides stroke and endovascular care, and directs research collaborations with UMass Chan Medical School.

The ideal candidate will have board certification in Diagnostic Radiology with fellowship in Neurointerventional Radiology and at least five years of clinical and leadership experience, with academic rank commensurate to achievement.

• Board-certified in Diagnostic Radiology with fellowship in Neurointerventional Radiology.
• Strong leadership and academic accomplishments in a multidisciplinary setting.
• Minimum five years of clinical and leadership experience.
• Academic rank and compensation commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration and expansion of joint clinical neurointerventional services.
• Oversee neurointerventional procedures for stroke, aneurysm, and spinal vascular conditions.
• Foster interdisciplinary collaboration with neurosurgery, neurology, emergency medicine and critical care.
• Direct stroke and endovascular research in collaboration with NECStR.
• Mentor faculty, residents and fellows; oversee strategic planning and budgeting.
