Job summary

The University of Florida College of Medicine - Jacksonville seeks a dynamic physician-leader to serve as Division Chief of Otorhinolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery. This non-tenure accruing clinical associate or full professor role leads clinical operations and strategic growth across Northeast Florida.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required and Florida medical license.
• Board certification in Otolaryngology preferred (BE/BC).

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, quality, and expansion of the division's clinical services across outpatient clinics and inpatient/surgical settings.
• Mentor junior faculty and manage educational and research activities.
• Collaborate with administrative leadership on budget and resource deployment.
• Drive divisional growth and represent Otolaryngology on institutional projects and initiatives.
• Establish a culture of engaged faculty and staff, supporting development and collaboration.
