Job summary

Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking experienced Division 10/12 Installers for commercial projects across the Southeast. This role involves installing bathroom partitions and accessories, measuring surfaces, and coordinating with general contractors to ensure quality results.

Job candidates should have at least 3 years of installation experience, strong safety awareness, and the ability to lead junior installers on site. Pre-employment checks and drug screening apply.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install bathroom partitions and accessories per drawings.
• Measure and mark surfaces according to blueprints.
• Inspect wall surfaces for imperfections and ensure quality installations.
• Coordinate with GC and subcontractors on project expectations.
• Oversee less experienced installers on site.

As one of the nation's premier wall and ceiling specialty contractors, Precision Walls, Inc. (PWI) offers you an opportunity to join our team. Make a difference and promote the progress of construction! We are seeking experienced Division 10/12 Installers in commercial work which includes but not limited to toilet partition, toilet accessories, fire extinguisher/ cabinets, visual displays, wall protection and numerous other miscellaneous items.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understands how to install bathroom partitions and accessories.
• Experience with all types and ranges of commercial Items.
• Measures and marks surface to hang work according to blueprints and drawings.
• Inspects wall surfaces for imperfections.
• Ability to work independently on jobsites.
• Oversee less experienced installers/laborers.
• Coordination with GC and other subcontractors regarding project expectations.
• Competent to instruct and inspect a quality produced Installation.
• Identify/Resolve conflicts in site-specific conditions prior to road blocks in plan.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements / Experience:

• Must have 3 years of experience and skills to perform.
• Has the experience to be safe with baker scaffolding, and ladders.
• Positive attitude and commitment to acquire trade knowledge and quality excellence.
• Compliant with safety procedures.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Demonstrates solid verbal and written communication skills; listens to instruction.
• Dependable transportation.
• Blinds and electronic blinds experience.
• Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish).
