Job summary

Precision Walls Inc in Nashville, TN is seeking experienced Division 1012 Installers for commercial projects. You will install bathroom partitions, accessories, and related items, read blueprints, and ensure high-quality workmanship on site.

The role requires at least 3 years of experience, safety-conscious approach with scaffolding and ladders, ability to coordinate with GC and other trades, and strong communication. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in installation work for commercial projects.
• Ability to read blueprints/drawings and measure surfaces for mounting items.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; capable of coordinating with GC and other subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Install bathroom partitions and accessories and other commercial items.
• Measure and mark surfaces according to blueprints.
• Inspect wall surfaces for imperfections and ensure quality workmanship.
• Coordinate with general contractor and other subcontractors on site.
• Instruct and supervise less experienced installers on-site.

We are seeking experienced Division 1012 Installers in commercial work which includes but not limited to toilet partition toilet accessories fire extinguisher cabinets visual displays wall protection and numerous other miscellaneous items

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Understands how to install bathroom partitions and accessoriesExperience with all types and ranges of commercial ItemsMeasures and marks surface to hang work according to blueprints and drawingsInspects wall surfaces for imperfectionsAbility to work independently on jobsitesOversee less experienced installerslaborersCoordination with GC and other subcontractors regarding project expectationsCompetent to instruct and inspect a quality produced InstallationIdentifyResolve conflicts in site specific conditions prior to road blocks in planOther duties as assigned
