Job summary

Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking an experienced Division 10/12 Foreman for commercial work including bathroom partitions, accessories, and related wall items. You will install, supervise, and coordinate with GC and subcontractors to ensure quality installations on site.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and the ability to lead less experienced workers while maintaining project schedules. Candidates should be able to travel between sites and communicate effectively with the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Division 10/12 work on commercial projects.
• Experience with safe use of baker scaffolding and ladders.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Adherence to safety procedures on job sites.
• Reliable transportation to and between sites.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install bathroom partitions and accessories per plans and drawings.
• Oversee less experienced installers and laborers on sites.
• Coordinate with general contractor and other subcontractors on project expectations.
• Instruct and inspect quality installations to meet specifications.
• Identify and resolve site-specific conflicts before they block progress.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Make a difference and promote the progress of construction! We are seeking experienced Division 10/12 Foreman in commercial work which includes but not limited to toilet partition, toilet accessories, fire extinguisher/ cabinets, visual displays, wall protection and numerous other miscellaneous items.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Understands how to install bathroom partitions and accessories.
• Experience with all types and ranges of commercial Items.
• Measures and marks surface to hang work according to blueprints and drawings.
• Inspects wall surfaces for imperfections.
• Ability to work independently on jobsites.
• Oversee less experienced installers/laborers.
• Coordination with GC and other subcontractors regarding project expectations.
• Competent to instruct and inspect a quality produced Installation.
• Identify/Resolve conflicts in site-specific conditions prior to road blocks in plan.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements / Experience

• Must have 3 years of experience and skills to perform.
• Has the experience to be safe with baker scaffolding, and ladders.
• Positive attitude and commitment to acquire trade knowledge and quality excellence.
• Compliant with safety procedures.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Demonstrates solid verbal and written communication skills; listens to instruction.
• Dependable Transportation.
• Blinds and electronic blinds experience.
• Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish).
