Holder Construction Group seeks a Workforce Development Coordinator to join our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team on the Fort Wayne project. This full-time, in-person role focuses on training, onboarding, and connecting local talent with opportunities in our construction projects.

You will engage with schools, agencies, and nonprofits to promote the industry, develop partnerships, and support recruitment and community programs aligned with our values.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• Experience with workforce development or recruiting in construction.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and implement training and onboarding programs for tradespeople.
• Bridge between the community and job sites to support diverse backgrounds.
• Promote construction careers and workforce development opportunities locally.
• Develop relationships with workforce agencies and educational institutions.
• Support planning and execution of community engagement events.
