452 MENTAL HEALTH AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERV. in Oklahoma City seeks a Programs Field Representative to support the Forensic Services Division, coordinating and monitoring diversion programs within the assigned area.

This is a full-time role working weekdays with regular travel as needed. The incumbent will ensure quality and compliance with national diversion best practices, relevant Oklahoma statutes, and evidence-based methods, while providing technical assistance and facilitating data

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and 3 years of professional experience in social services, child support, adult protective services, or related fields.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
• Willingness to travel with a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate, monitor, and support treatment court/diversion programs within the assigned area.
• Ensure quality and compliance with diversion best practices and relevant statutes.
• Provide technical assistance and support program data collection and reporting.
• Participate in formal training of diversion programs.
