Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Ports & Maritime Dive Supervisor in Clark, New Jersey. This role involves overseeing diving operations and conducting underwater structural assessments using commercial diving equipment while traveling internationally.

Qualified candidates should have substantial experience as a commercial diver, knowledge of diving equipment, and ability to manage multiple projects. The position comes with health benefits and a salary range of $75,000 to $115,000 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Substantial years of experience as a commercial diver.
• ADCI Dive Supervisor certification or ability to obtain it within 30 days.
• Excellent writing and communication skills (samples of writing to be provided by applicants).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and small projects independently.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Valid diving physical or ability to pass an ADCI-compliant diving physical.

Responsibilities

• Oversee diving operations and safety for all field operations.
• Operate and maintain commercial diving equipment.
• Work with engineers to perform structural assessments.
• Support teams across six continents, traveling between 10 and 25 percent of the year.
