Job summary

Mainstream Commercial Divers, Inc. in Murray, KY seeks a Dive Supervisor (Casual) to serve as the designated person in charge for assigned diving operations. The role emphasizes safety and compliance with health protocols, regulatory requirements, and client specifications.

Responsibilities include supervising field divers, planning underwater work, completing required reports, and ensuring adherence to project scope and schedules. Travel to project sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• At least 5 years in the diving industry with supervisory experience across multiple diving-related domains.
• Pre-employment background and substance screening is required, with ongoing verifications.
• Valid CPR/First Aid, Oxygen Administration and AED certifications; liability protocols followed.

Responsibilities

• Act as DPIC and oversee safety of the dive team and operations.
• Plan and execute underwater construction, maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Complete dive paperwork: dive logs, JHAs, dive plans and inspections.
• Communicate schedule, scope changes, safety concerns, and client needs.
• Ensure compliance with project scope, schedules and company policies.
