Job summary

The Richfield Public Schools District is seeking a part-time Districtwide Substitute Kitchen Assistant for the 2026-2027 school year. Under the direction of the Supervisor of Food Services and Kitchen Production Manager, you will assist with meal preparation, serving, and cleanup to support safe, efficient operation. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and food service experience.

Schedule is 5 hours per day from 9 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with pay at $19.88 per hour.

Job description

The Richfield Public School District is now accepting applications for a part-time Districtwide Substitute Kitchen Assistant for the 2026-2027 school year. Under the direction of the Supervisor of Food Services and Kitchen Production Manager, the Kitchen Assistant will perform a variety of duties including preparation, meal serving and clean up as directed in a manner that contributes to the safe and efficient operation at the kitchen site as well as complying with guidelines set by the National School Meal programs.
