Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited OT program with internship.
• Two years experience in pediatric, physical or occupational therapy.
• Licensed OT in Kentucky.

Responsibilities

• Obtain permission to evaluate and provide therapy; communicate with parents and staff.
• Provide assessments covering motor, sensory, self-help, and related skills.
• Develop goals and a treatment plan to improve classroom function and independence.
• Train and supervise others; prepare reports and maintain records.
