Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a recruiter to help build strong tax office teams by recruiting, screening, and engaging candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding lifecycle.

You will ensure our offices are staffed with qualified associates ready to support our clients. The role involves recruiting Tax Associate candidates, coordinating interviews, supporting ongoing education and training, and planning virtual or in-person open houses and career fairs to keep offices staffed and prepared to

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Self-starter with the willingness to learn new skills and work independently.
• Ability to effectively communicate in person and virtually.
• Experience with computer systems and technology (i.e., Microsoft Office, Teams).
• High school diploma / GED / equivalent or higher.

About the Role

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service environment
