Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a District Services Manager to drive services sales growth by cultivating partnerships with service providers and coordinating with the Home Services organization. The role emphasizes relationship management, operations oversight, and performance optimization across the provider lifecycle.

Responsibilities include scheduling reviews, onboarding new providers, and maintaining compliance while supporting store teams and promoting excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Knowledge or experience in the retail store environment, home improvement industry or general construction industry.
• Experience in residential remodel project management.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Ability to negotiate, handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances with both internal and external customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and review customer feedback to identify improvements; resolve care cases; assist store relationships with providers and escalations.
• Manage service providers: reviews, onboarding, compliance, metrics, and improvement plans; maintain provider relationships and coverage.
• Support stores with provider events, promotions, and escalations; ensure service levels and stock coverage.
• Attend weekly training and meetings; calendar planning and forecasting for upcoming weeks.

Education
