A global leader in driveline technologies is seeking a District Sales and Service Manager to provide training and develop sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in the aftermarket with strong sales and negotiation skills. Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in Commercial Vehicle and/or Light Vehicle Aftermarket preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time needed.
  • Driveshaft and axle product knowledge is a plus.

Job Purpose
Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide product, warranty, and applications training in support of sales objectives
  • Develop/maintain technical competency for Dana products
  • Maintain current knowledge of competitor activities and changes in the market
  • Develop sales strategy and objectives to achieve goals as defined in assigned KPIs
  • Make product presentations to purchasing, engineering, and other customer representatives
  • Respond to customer requests for day-to-day requirements
  • Provide customer forecast data
  • Partner with internal Dana teams (product, pricing, engineering, marketing, finance, training) to achieve growth objectives
  • Performs all other duties as assigned
Education and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business Administration, Engineering, or Related Field preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience in Commercial Vehicle and/or Light Vehicle Aftermarket preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time needed, with the ability to work non-traditional business hours
  • Driveshaft and axle product knowledge is a plus
