Job summary

Qualifications

Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) required.

Responsibilities

Cover pharmacist scheduling gaps within the district as directed by the Pharmacy Manager.
Support safe and accurate prescription fulfillment following workflow procedures.
Administer immunizations and coach pharmacy staff to deliver care with empathy.
Manage pharmacy inventory and protect cold chain products across stores.
Provide clinical care (testing/prescribing where permissible) to improve patient outcomes.
