Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Cover pharmacist scheduling gaps across the district as directed by the Pharmacy Manager.
• Oversee pharmacy operations and ensure safe, compliant dispensing and patient care.
• Support immunization administration and patient counseling.
• Assist with inventory management and cold-chain protection across stores.
• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing requirements.
