CVS Health in Pennsylvania is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to support leadership of the Pharmacy Team and manage operations in a busy community pharmacy. You will partner with the Pharmacy Manager to ensure patient safety, regulatory compliance, and high-quality pharmaceutical care.

The role requires an active state pharmacy license, immunization certification, and a clean record with no DEA exclusions. Full-time, 40 hours per week, with a pay range of $60-$76 per hour and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifikationen

• Active Pharmacy License in the state where you are employed.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g. APhA).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• No pending felony charges or convictions for offenses involving controlled substances.

Aufgaben

• Lead with patient safety and oversee Pharmacy Professional Practice.
• Ensure regulatory requirements are met and maintain quality assurance.
• Deliver excellent customer service and manage personnel, inventory and workflow.
• Contribute to financial profitability and loss prevention within the pharmacy.
• Support the Pharmacy Manager and supervise Pharmacy Support Staff.
