Responsibilities
- Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing the Pharmacy Technician staff.
- Oversee patient safety, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance within the pharmacy.
- Manage inventory, profitability, and loss prevention while ensuring excellent customer service.
- Lead workflow management and contribute to performance improvement initiatives.
- Adapt to changes in a dynamic community healthcare setting and promote teamwork.
