Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to support pharmacy operations, patient safety, and regulatory compliance in a full-time role. You will assist the Pharmacy Manager and supervise pharmacy support staff while delivering high‑quality care to patients.

This role requires an active state license, immunization certification, and adherence to all safety, quality, and legal standards. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a pay range of $60–$76 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state where you are employed.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g. APhA).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.

Responsibilities

• Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing the Pharmacy Technician Support Staff.
• Oversee the management, oversight and operation of all aspects within the pharmacy.
• Ensure patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and customer service.
• Oversee inventory management and financial profitability; support loss prevention and workflow management.
• Adapt to change and drive team performance to deliver high-quality patient care.
