Towne Park LLC is seeking a District Manager to oversee a Towne Park district, drive financial and client satisfaction, and align operations with corporate initiatives. You will work closely with senior leadership to execute strategic programs and manage district-wide performance.
The role requires leadership of Account Managers, staffing planning, and collaboration with Sales on business development, while ensuring compliance with policies and standards across sites.
The District Manager directly oversees a specific Towne Park district and is responsible for district performance for financial, guest satisfaction, client satisfaction and business development objectives. The District Manager works closely with the Vice President of Operations/Regional Director (depending on division) to incorporate corporate initiatives and Towne Park cultural perspectives within district operations.
Performs duties independently with minimal supervision, operating from specific directions and instructions. Routine decisions are made within prescribed operating guidelines, policies and procedures. Mistakes may result in work stoppage, loss of business, poor customer relations or financial implications.
Annual base pay range $131,400–$197,100. Employees may be eligible for annual incentive bonuses. Employee regularly required to talk or hear, sit or stand for extended periods, run, walk, handle objects, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, 25 pounds frequently, or more than 10 pounds constantly. Majority of work performed in a climate‑controlled environment, with occasional exposure to inclement weather. Travel up to 50% may be required.
Greater Boston area; supports sites throughout the Boston District, including locations in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire.
