Job summary

Five Below in Sacramento is seeking an experienced retail store manager to lead a dynamic crew, uphold our service standards, and deliver district results. You will translate company expectations into daily operations, while coaching store leaders to inspire exceptional customer experiences.

The role emphasizes teamwork, inclusion, and accountability, with a focus on staffing, cost control, and using reports to drive sales growth. Prior retail management and a four-year degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of retail management experience.
• Four-year degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate others.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in computer use and standard office applications.
