Range: $120,000 - $140,000
We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven District Manager to lead multiple POP MART retail locations throughout the Boston/New England market. This leader will be responsible for driving sales performance, operational excellence, talent development, and exceptional customer experiences across the district while bringing POP MART's unique brand and culture to life. As District Manager, you will serve as a strategic business partner to Store Managers, empowering them to build high‑performing teams, execute company initiatives, and achieve operational and financial goals. You'll collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams including Retail Operations, Human Resources, Merchandising, Finance, Marketing, Asset Protection, and our global headquarters to support continued growth throughout North America. Must be able to remain in a stationary position (e.g., seated or at a desk) for extended periods while operating a computer or other office equipment.
Must be able to occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
The base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 annually. This range is provided in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws and may vary based on geographic location. Individual compensation will be determined based on factors including job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and qualifications. This position may also be eligible to participate in the Company's incentive compensation program.
