Advantage Solutions in the United States is seeking a District Manager Retail to lead sales execution and drive business objectives within their assigned territory. The role focuses on hands-on management of teams, coaching, and coordination with client programs to ensure objectives are met.
The District Manager Retail will oversee field teams, manage reporting, training, and program oversight, while traveling as required to execute strategies and achieve results.
Hybrid – Tues, Wed and Thurs – Field visits; Mon and Fri Remote Home
The District Manager Retail is responsible for the overall sales execution of business objectives within their assigned territory. In this key leadership role, the District Manager supports client programs by managing the sales execution teams dedicated to in-store programs. The position is responsible for driving execution results through hands‑on management of teams, objectives, training and through close coordination with peer management and support teams.

Education Level: (Required) Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience
(Preferred) Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
2‑4 years of experience in retail management, with hiring, managing part‑time employees, demonstration or even marketing, results reporting, inventory, merchandising and training experience
Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to spend 66%+ hours each workday doing the following activities: engage in considerable physical activity, ability to lift and/or push up to 50 pounds, stand on feet for long periods of time, use products or cook food as appropriate for the demonstration, and may be required to work in extremely cold conditions (i.e. refrigerated and freezer sections). Also required to travel and drive. The use of proper safety practices when handling the products and/or cooking is essential.
