Job summary

Workstream is actively seeking a District Manager for our operations in Edmond, Oklahoma. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of district management experience in the quick-service restaurant industry, ensuring operational success and profitability by supporting Restaurant General Managers. Candidates should possess a BS/MA in Business Administration, demonstrate expertise in financial management, and have exceptional communication skills. Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of District Management experience in the QSR industry.
• Proven success supervising Restaurant General Managers for four to ten units.
• Knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales and profits through financial management and leadership.
• Support Restaurant General Managers to ensure effective operation.
• Enforce company policies, practices, and procedures.
