Job summary

Sally Beauty is seeking a District Manager to lead the internal and external customer experience, driving sales results and all KPIs across stores. You will ensure adherence to company processes and maintain strong knowledge of the region’s performance and competition.

Requirements include 5+ years in business/retail management, multi-unit or big box experience, and willingness to travel extensively for national sales meetings and store operations initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in business, management and/or merchandising.
• Multi-unit or big box retail management experience preferred.
• Specialty retail knowledge and problem solving are required.
• Ability to travel extensively and frequently, including overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Brand: Lead stores to deliver exceptional customer experience and maximize KPIs.
• People: Recruit, train, motivate and develop store leaders; manage talent pool.
• Safety/Loss Prevention: Ensure safe store environment and protect company assets.
• Operations: Drive execution of company processes, payroll planning, and omni-channel initiatives.
