Job summary

Shoe Palace is seeking a District Manager to provide direction, supervision, and leadership for all operations across the district's retail stores. You will hire, coach, counsel, discipline, and evaluate store leaders to drive performance.

Responsibilities include creating action plans to improve results, ensuring policy adherence, maintaining safety and security, and managing call frequency and follow-up with a focus on strong vendor relationships and a dynamic, high-energy team culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field is preferred or equivalent successful work experience.
• Minimum 4-8 years of retail, multi-unit management experience
• High level of energy and integrity is a must.
• Self-directed and driven, with a good sense of humor
• Comfortable working in and adapting to changing environments
• Valid California Driver's License it would be great but not completely necessary to have…
• Ability to build solid working relationships with a wide variety of employees, vendors and other 3rd party agencies.
• Ability to speak Spanish a plus

The Role

The District Managers must provide direction, supervision and leadership for all operations of the district's retail stores including retail managers, up to and including hiring, coaching, counseling, discipline, and evaluations.
