Job summary

Compass Group USA’s Canteen division seeks a District Manager to oversee Vending, Office Coffee, and Ave. C service lines in the Las Vegas area. You will lead customer service, technical operations, and warehouse management while driving profitability and service excellence.

The role partners with the Regional VP to optimize resources, improve efficiency, and deliver outstanding client satisfaction across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of vendor or operations management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Financial acumen and experience managing P&L.

Responsibilities

• Lead all operational functions across customer service, warehouse, and technical service teams.
• Manage P&L performance in partnership with the Regional VP, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Develop and execute action plans to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and align operations with strategic goals.
• Oversee labor planning and staffing to match business volume and productivity standards.
• Apply Lean principles to drive continuous improvement and eliminate inefficiencies.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and retention, responding to client needs and growth opportunities.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and engagement across departments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain to ensure operational excellence.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
