Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co is seeking an experienced retail leader in Detroit to drive sales and brand storytelling in a high-volume store. This role emphasizes selling effectiveness, replenishment, and premium customer engagement to meet ambitious goals.

The position requires 5–7 years of retail management experience and a valid U.S. driver’s license for travel between locations. Compensation ranges from six figures based on skills, region, and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• At least 5-7 years relevant retail management experience.
• The possession of, and ability to maintain a valid U.S. Driver’s License due to the travel requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

• Consistently execute to the selling model.
• Meet or exceed individual selling goals/ expectations.
• Build highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion and capturing customer phone and e-mail.
• Support replenishment activities that keep the store full and abundant.
• Assist with floorsets, window changes, visual presentations, signage placement, etc. as directed.
• Abide by policies and procedures as directed.
• Abide by Loss Prevention and safety messages in daily operations.

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience

5-7 years relevant retail management experience

Valid U.S. Driver’s License

Minimum Salary: $100,000.00

Maximum Salary: $147,000.00

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
