The role drives operational excellence, develops talent, ensures compliance, and strengthens client partnerships. This leader builds lasting relationships, aligns cross‑functional teams, and delivers seamless, best‑in‑class execution across all sites.

Take the lead in overseeing multiple accounts within a dynamic region, where you’ll champion operational excellence, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure a high standard of client and guest satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to mentor and empower on-site teams, build lasting client relationships, and shape the success of business operations across a diverse portfolio.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $161585 per year - $209110 per year

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary
