Job summary

Crunch Fitness seeks an energetic District Manager to oversee a portfolio of clubs, drive regional sales targets, and ensure operational excellence. You will lead the General Managers, support multi-site performance, and uphold Crunch's culture of No Judgments while delivering strong financial results.

You will recruit top GM/ AGM candidates, implement programs, monitor KPI progress, and mentor teams to ensure member satisfaction and retention across the district.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years as General Manager or Regional Manager in a Fitness Club with multi-site oversight.
• Proven history of success in sales and operations.
• Positive attitude, team-oriented, strong leadership and career-driven.
• Proficient computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) and budgeting basics.

Requirements:

Must have 3-5 years of previous experience as a General Manager or Regional Manager in a Fitness Club, with multi-site management experience required. Must have a proven history of success in sales and operations. Must have a positive attitude, be team-oriented, a good leader, and career-driven. Computer proficiency, especially in Outlook, Word, and Excel, is required. Should have general knowledge of budgets and cost control.

Job Summary:

The District Manager (DM) is responsible for ensuring each club in their area exemplifies the company’s culture and values, achieves the desired financial results, and executes company operations, procedures, and programs flawlessly at each club location. This position also manages each club's general manager and ensures appropriate performance management within each club. The DM will also be held accountable for ensuring the following:

• The DM will achieve and exceed the Company’s sales plans and KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) for the region.
• The DM will actively recruit new GM and AGM candidates,
• The DM will routinely do quality control checks in each club in the region to ensure continual training is occurring and follow up with improvements if needed
• The DM will ensure that programs and operational protocols are in place to ensure the achievement of member satisfaction and retention.
• The DM will ensure that each club is following company policies and values as well as health and safety procedures.
• The DM will ensure that management has the appropriate performance management in place to ensure feedback is occurring on an ongoing basis and performance problems are addressed in a timely and appropriate manner.
• The DM will lead by example in the clubs.
