Job summary

Papa John's in North Dakota is seeking a District Director to lead day-to-day operations across multiple locations in the West Fargo area. You will ensure adherence to company standards, develop sales-building strategies, and motivate Restaurant General Managers to achieve strong performance and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a minimum of 4 years in QSR management, a high school diploma, and excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of QSR management experience.
• Proven track record supervising multi-unit General Managers.
• High School Diploma required; BA/BS or MSc/MA preferred.
• Experience developing sales-building strategies.
• Strong conflict resolution and communication skills.
• Ability to withstand physical demands of a restaurant environment.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

As a District Director, you’ll be the vital link between our headquarters and your assigned locations. You’ll lead day-to-day operations, keep teams aligned with company policies, and drive performance through sales growth and strong customer relationships. Your leadership ensures each branch delivers results while upholding company standards.

What You’ll Bring (Requirements):

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in the Quick Service Management Restaurant (QSR) industry is required, with proven success supervising Restaurant General Managers for four to ten units.
• A High School Diploma is required. A BSc/BA or MSc/MA in Business or a relevant field is preferred.
• Previous experience developing creative and targeted sales‑building strategies for assigned company restaurants to ensure optimal sales and earnings.
• Familiarity with positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
