Family Express is seeking a District Manager (Field Consultant) to oversee multiple stores in a defined territory. This exempt role reports to the Senior Field Consultant and carries ultimate responsibility for store performance.

The Field Consultant will drive daily operations, execute company strategy, and promote the Living Brand while ensuring customer satisfaction and community involvement across assigned locations.

Formación

• Must be on call 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have at least a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be able to travel daily between all Family Express locations or other non-Family Express locations when necessary.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an Indiana alcohol manager designation
• Completion of training requirements (ie. ServSafe, Cravin’s To Order, etc)

Responsabilidades

• Meets and exceeds expectations of the Family Express culture including building relationships, promoting the Living Brand, and serves as a product brand advocate as outlined in the Culture Audit expectations
• Adheres to company approved accounting procedures
• Effectively operates all store equipment
• Ensures minimum image standards at all times
• Assists store manager with recruiting and interviewing qualified applicants
• Leads, motivates, inspires, trains, and coaches all employees
• Ensures store security and safety for all customers and employees. Promptly reports any incident
• Maximizes sales and gross profit dollars
• Responsible for profitable marketing of merchandise and proper product availability and display
• Completes any and all scheduled performance reviews
• React quickly and effectively to any crisis situation at any store
• Compliance with and enforcement of all corporate policies and corporate mission
• Follow up with financial/reporting issues at stores in a timely manner
• Make regular, frequent inspections of all stores including competitors at various times
• Review daily accounting paperwork for accuracy and completeness during store visits.
• Review Store Security systems as required and necessary
• Responsible for the development of the Associate Field Consultant in assigned area.
• Maintain active Cravin’s To Order training and ServSafe certifications
• Other duties as assigned

Salary: $75,000 +

Position summary: The District Manager (Field Consultant) is a position of ultimate responsibility for an assigned number of stores within a territory. Must demonstrate a commitment to personal development and to individual store and overall company success.

General Purpose: The Field Consultant is responsible for the daily operation and execution of company strategy in each store in the assigned territory. To provide our customers with total satisfaction. To serve our community through volunteerism and produce a return on assets which will assure the future prosperity of our employees and our company. To be an ambassador of our “Living Brand” by building relationships with our customers.

• Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand for prolonged periods; work longer than eight (8) hour shifts, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch; talk and hear; taste and smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
• Work Environment: Must have flexibility to work all shifts, all days of the week, when necessary. Ability to tolerate extreme temperatures for minimum of 30-minute intervals. Exposure to cleaning solvents.
