Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a District Manager who oversees the performance of the Restaurant Management Teams in the assigned district, driving operational excellence and profitable results. The role collaborates with franchise partners, such as Wiles' Wings, Inc., to ensure all practices comply with the law and Wingstop policies while delivering strong financial performance.

You will coach managers, monitor KPIs, enforce food quality, safety and service standards, and implement company initiatives
