Job summary

Habit Burger Grill is seeking a District Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for up to 6 restaurants in Monterey County. This field leadership role reports to the Director of Operations and focuses on driving profitability, guest satisfaction, and team performance.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of multi-unit supervision, a Food Safety Manager Certification, and a proven track record of coaching and developing teams to achieve sales targets and quality standards.
