Job summary

Workstream in Texas is seeking a District Manager to connect HQ with the district’s stores, drive sales, and ensure policy alignment. You will lead daily operations, coach teams, and uphold service standards.

The role requires at least 2 years in district management in QSR, a business degree is preferred, and you must be capable of selling, planning growth, and handling the physical demands of a restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years’ District Management experience in the QSR industry.
• A BS/MA in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and clear thinking.
• Business development and strategy implementation knowledge.
• Strong leadership and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to sell, manage, and drive growth.
• Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment.
