Victra is seeking a District Manager to lead approximately 10-15 Verizon premium retailer locations in the Portland area. You will supervise the sales team, mentor store leaders, and drive district profits through strategic staffing and coaching.
The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years in retail sales and at least 4 years in a leadership role, with 75% travel and a commitment to customer satisfaction. This role offers paid training and comprehensive benefits.

Base Pay: $77,969 - $77,969
Pay rates include base pay in the above range, with the opportunity to earn a monthly District Manager bonus. The average #all-in pay is $112553 per year for this role.

All new hires are required to attend and successfully complete a four day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company’s expense. Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout your employment with Victra.
