ABM is seeking a District Manager to plan and lead overall direction in a geographic region focused on Facility Services. This role will work closely with Regional and Market Operations leaders to ensure quality services are delivered within contractual requirements and budgetary constraints, while driving service excellence and customer retention.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional relationship-building skills and a strong operations background to strengthen ABM's brand in the region.

Job description

The District Manager holding this position is responsible for planning, providing and leading overall direction in a geographic region, with a specific focus on Facility Services. This manager will work closely with Regional and Market Operations leaders to ensure that quality services are provided in accordance with contractual agreements and within budgetary requirements. This professional will also be responsible for driving service excellence and customer retention. This position requires exceptional relationship‑building acumen, strong operations background. Through effective leadership and market relationships, this manager will improve ABM's brand awareness in the Region.

Compensation: $120,000 - 130,000 annual salary (US Dollars)

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
