Get Greenbar LLC is seeking a District Manager with a passion for people, hospitality, and healthy food to lead operations across the DMV. You will hire great people, deliver unforgettable guest experiences, and drive financial performance with P&L ownership.

Responsibilities include managing food costs, inventory, HR, safety, and compliance while mentoring the team and maintaining brand standards across multiple locations. This is a full-time role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of direct Management experience
• Job tenure must average 2-3 years with current and recent employers
• Full P&L responsibility including budgets, forecasting, food, and labor cost controls.
• POS and back-office computer skills; Clover, 7shifts, Google Suite, Microsoft Office.

Requirements:

• Passionate about the mission and growth of Greenbar
• Willingness to abide by the appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards
• High standards of visual aesthetic and presentation
• Very detailed oriented and organized
• Understanding of a start-up culture and wearing multiple hats
• Strong working knowledge of food and beverage service
• Possess strongly developed leadership and communication skills
• POS and back-office computer skills (Clover, 7shifts, Google Suite, Microsoft Office);
• Hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus
• You have at least 2 years of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry with responsibility for financial results
• Full P&L responsibility including budgets, forecasting, food, and labor cost controls.
• Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of the Greenbar operations
• Fast casual, fast food Industry and/or restaurant
• Mentoring and developing team members
• Willingness to learn and grow with in a growing business
• Comfortable creating and implementing SOPs
• Food handlers license
• Culinary experience, hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year plus bonuses.
