Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of two years in a supervisory role in quick service food industry.
• ServSafe certification and valid health card required.
• Multi-Unit Manager experience is recommended.
• ServSafe Certified, and hold a valid Health Card.
• Excellent verbal and written skills, including basic computer skills.
• May lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and navigate stairs.

Qualified individuals will possess the following:

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, lead and motivate their team
• Ensure the restaurant is properly marketing the latest national promotions
• Provide excellent and frequent communication between upper management and the restaurant management and crew.
• Ensure that Restaurant Management is adhering to all company policies and procedures
• Work with the Restaurant General Manager to ensure the maintenance, cleanliness, and sanitary conditions of the restaurant

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years in a supervisory role, with a minimum of one year specific to the quick service food industry
• Multi-Unit Manager experience is recommended
• Must be ServSafe Certified, and hold a valid, unexpired Health Card
• Possess excellent verbal and written skills, including general computer skills
• On occasion, you may be required to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to fifty pounds; kneel, bend or stoop, ascend or descend stairs; reach and grasp objects
