Job summary

Petro Serve USA is seeking a hands-on District Manager to lead Store Managers across multiple locations. You will drive performance, coach leaders, and ensure consistency in operations, customer service, and financial results while traveling between stores.

You’ll spend time in stores, identify opportunities, implement action plans, and maintain strong communication with company leadership. This role emphasizes accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous retail management experience preferred.
• Convenience store or multi-location management experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee-development skills.

• Strong understanding of store operations and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers across assigned locations.
• Set clear expectations and hold Store Managers accountable for performance and standards.
• Monitor sales, labor, expenses, profitability, and other KPIs for each location.
• Review store P&L statements, budgets, and financial results for improvements.
• Conduct regular store visits to evaluate operations, merchandising, cleanliness, and service.
• Develop action plans with Store Managers to address concerns and opportunities.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, training, and development of Store Managers and leadership staff.
• Support Store Managers with staffing challenges and day-to-day issues.
• Monitor inventory control, cash handling, and other procedures.
• Ensure high standards for safety, cleanliness, merchandising, and customer service.
• Communicate policies, promotions, and initiatives to Store Managers.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and reduce expenses across locations.
• Maintain awareness of local market conditions and competitor activity.

We are looking for a hands-on District Manager who can lead Store Managers, improve store performance, and create consistency and accountability across multiple locations.

About The Role

The District Manager is responsible for the overall operations and performance of multiple Petro Serve USA convenience stores. This position provides leadership, coaching, and support to Store Managers while ensuring company expectations for customer service, store appearance, merchandising, financial performance, and daily operations are consistently met.

You’ll spend significant time in our stores working directly with Store Managers and their teams. This role requires someone who can identify opportunities, solve problems, develop leaders, and hold teams accountable while maintaining strong communication between store operations and company leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers across assigned locations.
• Set clear expectations and hold Store Managers accountable for store performance and company standards.
• Monitor sales, labor, expenses, profitability, and other key performance measures for each location.
• Review store P&L statements, budgets, and financial results to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct regular store visits to evaluate operations, merchandising, cleanliness, customer service, and overall store condition.
• Work with Store Managers to develop action plans and address operational or performance concerns.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, training, and development of Store Managers and other store leadership positions.
• Support Store Managers with staffing challenges, employee performance concerns, and day-to-day operational issues.
• Monitor inventory control, cash handling, and other key operational procedures.
• Ensure stores maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, merchandising, and customer service.
• Communicate company policies, promotions, expectations, and operational initiatives to Store Managers.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales, control expenses, and improve profitability.
• Maintain awareness of local market conditions and competitor activity.
• Identify trends and recurring issues across locations and work with Store Managers and company leadership on solutions.
• Maintain strong communication between store operations and the Retail Operations Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
