Role Description

The District Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dallas, TX, responsible for overseeing operations across multiple residential communities in the assigned district. This role includes managing and scheduling site supervisors and valet teams, ensuring consistent adherence to service standards, safety protocols, and client requirements. The District Manager will conduct property visits, inspect service quality, address resident and client concerns, and collaborate with property management to optimize service performance. Day-to-day responsibilities involve monitoring staffing levels, coordinating training, managing route efficiency, and ensuring timely resolution of operational issues. The role also includes basic budgeting and reporting, performance reviews, and contributing to process improvements that support growth and customer satisfaction.
