Cavender’s District Manager oversees the operations, performance, and leadership of all retail stores within the district, reporting to the Vice President of Store Operations. The role drives sales, maximizes profitability, and delivers an exceptional customer experience.
This position supports Store Managers in hiring and development, enforces company policies, travels up to 75% for store visits and district meetings, and acts as the communication link between stores and the Home Office.
