Job summary

GO Car Wash is seeking a District Manager in Colonial Heights, VA to oversee operations for multiple car wash locations. You will partner with site GMs and regional teams to ensure facilities, equipment, inventory, and teams meet safety, service, and sales targets while controlling costs.

You will hire, train, and mentor site managers to build high-performing teams and achieve company performance goals. The role requires leadership and a focus on delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business preferred.
• 3 years of management experience in a service-related business.
• Car wash experience strongly preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for multiple GO Car Wash locations within the district.
• Lead site general managers and collaborate with regional and centralized support teams.
• Ensure facilities, equipment, inventory, team, marketing, sales, service, safety, and cost controls are in place to deliver a consistent car wash experience.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop managers and teams, driving financial and performance targets.

As a District Manager at GO Car Wash, you’ll oversee the operations and provide leadership for multiple car washes. You’ll work with your site general managers, as well as regional and centralized support teams, to ensure the sites within your district have the facilities, equipment, inventory, team, marketing, sales, service, and safety, while managing costs, necessary to give our customers a convenient, consistent, exceptional car wash experience. You’ll also partner with your market leader and Human Resources in hiring, training, coaching, engaging, and holding accountable your site general managers for meeting key financial and performance targets, as well as help them build and engage high performing teams and preparing individual Teammates for future leadership opportunities.

For you to be successful, we’re looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business preferred
• 3 years of management experience, ideally in a service-related business
• Car wash experience strongly preferred, but not required

You must also be able to:

Compensation

Starting at $73,000 base salary per year, plus 20% annual bonus at 100% of plan targets tied to company and individual performance. Offer will depend on location and level of knowledge, skills, abilities and experience.
