Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts is seeking a District Manager to lead 4-6 Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin Robbins locations with a focus on service, sales, and brand standards. You will coach Restaurant Managers, drive guest satisfaction, and implement marketing plans to meet targets.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will recruit and develop managers, ensure food safety compliance, and optimize operations to maximize profits across the district. Overnight/weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a multi-unit management capacity, in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a quick service restaurant (QSR) is preferred.
• College degree in business or a closely related field - may substitute for a portion of the required experience

Job description

District Manager (DM) generally provides leadership, coaching and direction to approximately 5-8 restaurants. A DM supports Restaurant Manager(s) to ensure excellent restaurant operations, helps to maximize sales and profits of each restaurant and to ensure they are delivering great guest service and meeting and executing all applicable Brand standards.
