PURPOSE
The Columbia Public School District is accepting applications for an LPN to care for medically fragile students in the classroom setting. The LPN School Nurse strengthens and facilitates the educational process by modifying or reducing health-related barriers to learning of individual students and by promoting an optimal level of wellness for students and staff.
Performs other duties as necessary to support the mission and vision of Columbia Public School District.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
Reports To: Director of Health Services and Building Administrator
Supervises: N/A
Minimum Requirements: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, LPN certification required; Missouri professional nurse license; Current certification in CPR/AED; Minimum two years’ experience required
Preferred: Private Duty experience preferred
