Qualifications

• 7+ years of retail management experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with scheduling and reporting software.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Travel to all markets within designated district is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-million-dollar sales volumes across multiple stores to maximize revenue, gross margin and inventory turns.
• Drive customer satisfaction and develop a service culture in the stores.
• Ensure Store Managers comply with company policies, HR practices, security and records procedures.
• Coach store managers and associates to drive sales and KPIs.
• Manage expenses to increase profitability.
• Review reports, monitor profitability, manage payroll budgets, and set long-range goals.
• Coordinate sales promotions and pricing of merchandise to maximize sales.
• Coordinate new store openings and/or closings.
• Resolve issues affecting service, efficiency and productivity.
• Inspect store premises for security and safety compliance.
